Thats nothing. It took the Linux brigade 25 years to patch a filesystem
exploit that carried over from Unix.

I'm not sure about the exploit Conor refers to, but I am still waiting
for the "Linux is a POS" exploit to be fixed.
Lots of bugs fixes this week, but not the one I want.

Don't worry - Conor has his head so far up Gate's bum that nothing is

Who cares. It took them 25 years! By the way, Linux has been free for 25
years, yet most desktop users use Windows. They have to pay for Windows and
Linux is free. That should tell you all you need to know about that SHITTY
INFERIOR OS that nobody wants. LOL!

Well, if the exploit was never used, the point, like your brain, is moot.

Most desktop/laptop/net-book users don't know about Ubuntu.

Most desktop/laptop/net-book users think that Windows *comes* with the
computer.

Considering that those are all half truths and blatant lies, all we need
to know about you is that you're a liar who spreads FUD.

News to Alias: Windows comes on most desktop/laptop/net-book computers
because it's all about productivity. That is where Windows shines. Now if
you are into wasting your time, messing with cryptic line commands, getting
nothing done, then by all means, go to that INFERIOR Ubuntu.

WRONG. You are lying again. Tell me why after so many years is Linux still
rejected by most?

There's also the fact that many people who worked on UNIX decades ago
grew up to dislike it and so never even bothered to try Linux.

Sorry, nymshifter, I can't reason with someone like you who is so reason
and logic impaired. If you can't understand plain English, there isn't
much hope for you.

How can it take the "Linux brigade" 25 years to patch a bug when Linux
is 19 years old ?

For an attack to be successful, the attacker must have valid logon
credentials.
The flaw does not affect Windows operating systems for x64-based and
Itanium-based computers, Microsoft said.

It seems you always make things seem way worse than they actually are or
maybe you don't read so well.
