Microsoft Office Professional through Employer

Don't know if this is the correct forum, but I've been trying to get someone
from Microsoft to help me with my Microsoft Office 2007 order that our
employer offers to us for a reduce rate (for home use), plus DVD back up
disk. I followed the protocols and have our Program Code # and after my
purchase it stated that it was under review for the next 4-6 hours. It
generated an order number and I can't get any assitance from my emails to
microsoft and the 4-6 hour review has now been 6 days! Someone have any ideas
on how to resolve this or a good contact email to Microsoft that does not
generate the "auto reply" response and I actually get a live human being to
help me.

Thanks
