Can someone tell me why, on upgrading to a new machine, I cannot paly some of
my music?

I get the error message that I dont have the license, which is rubbish, and
then when I go to get it back I am told that I do not have the required plug
ins, but when I down load the plug ins I am then told I dont have them.

Strangely, when I remove the plug ins they are removed, So Im puzzled, if I
dont have the plug in why can it be removed and if I install the plug in why
isnt it there?

But then, I forget, Im using microsoft so why am I surprised?

Any answers?

Could you clarify the exact error message?

On a new machine you would need to reacquire the licenses. It'd be
easiest to reacquire the licenses using IE. What browser were/are you
using?
