Did this message pop up when attempting to send a message?
What program were you trying to send from?
Do you have some form of encryption that could have failed?
Does the message box style look different than other message boxes that appear
on your system?

It could be a legitimate message from your email? software.
It could be a virus or trojan that would infect your system if you click on *any
part* of the message box.

The only description you have provided of the problem is "this" and "it".

Didn't see the attachment - I don't expect them in newsgroups!

I don't read attachments to posts, which is why I chose not to answer
this question.

Repost your question in this OE-specific newsgroup:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general

Is this the same computer where you have Vipre *and* MSE installed & loading
at boot and where your "launch icons" have disappeared? cf.
