Hi there,
I do not seem to have any licences in my licence backup folder. I can view
videos on some sited e.g. racingpost.com but not in other where error message
below came up. Have tried to sort it out but no luck. Any ideas please?

Windows media player version 11 and later no longer backs up licenses,
so there's nothing to see there.

Try that step first, and post back once you've tested whether the
content can then be played (possible WMP or system reboot might
assist).

There are other possible problems which follow on if that doesn't work
out, but it's the first place to start.
