licence of office 2007 to a new computer

I have an upgrade of office 2007 in my computer, if I buy a new computer can
I transfer the licence to the new one?

If you have a retail upgrade, then yes, but you will still need a qualifying
application available in order to install it, and any Trial version
preinstalled on the new PC is not a qualifying app

thanks. But what is a qualifying apllication and how can I know if a have it
or where I can get it?

The list from the link

Microsoft Works 6.0–10; Microsoft Works suite 2000–2006 or later; any
2000–2007 Microsoft Office program or suite; any Microsoft Office XP
suite except Office XP Student and Teacher.

And if you don't have one that's on the list you have to buy it, Works
being the cheapest qualifier
