I'm moving ahead with the development of a Learning Efficiency Quotient (LEQ). It provides an evaluation of an instructor and of instruction. LEQ indicates the relative use of personal resources (time, effort, etc.) by a learner that a lesson requires. This is an index of Predict Learning(TM) (PL).
