Is it possible by using a raw html widget to pull data from XF into WP ? Or even a PHP page into a WP page ?

My idea is to bring into the main page the random media slider and the recent 5 block into the main page as widgets or into html modules.

The quick answer is yes. But the BBCode, template and all must be rendered.

In 1.0.3.02, there are now 10 widgets. You may use them as a base to modify and make your own. Heck, I'd love for others to build widgets and start sharing them.
