Hi! I just got this Jabra GN 5035 usb headset. I'm about to use it with
my online job but this headset seems not working with my computer. I
tried to plugged this usb headset to all usb port available and it still
doing the same thing. device manager says " unknown device" if I click
unknown device and check the status, it says "no drivers are installed
for this device".

This headset didn't came with any driver. The headset suppose to be a
plug and play device.

anyone there who encountered this kind of problem already? or anyone
knows how to resolve this?

Thank you in advance.

Do this first, turn off your computer using Shut Down and then UNPLUG it
from the wall outlet. Unplug all your USB devices. Let it sit for about a
minute and then plug it back in. Restart the computer and let it stabilize
after the boot and then plug in just your headset. Problem solved? If so
start plugging in all other USB devices. If the device or another device
fails then the devices are pulling too much power from the USB power supply.
It has a limited amount on each "channel." If the later is occurring you
need a powered USB hub for some of the devices.

Let us know if this fixes your issue or if there is anything else we can do
to help.
