Issues with Uninstalling Office 2007

Here is my issues but first a little background. I purchased a Dell Studio
17" laptop September 2008 and it came with a full version of Office 2007
Home & Student pre installed. I also own a WinMobile phone HTC Touch Pro and
previous to that HTC Mogul which at the time I had no idea that when I would
sync my phone to my previous computer required Outlook to manage my contacts.
Since Home and student does not come with outlook I saw no need to have it.
But I upgraded my winmobile phone to the HTC Touch Pro and wanted to sync it
with the new laptop (all my info from the previous phone was transferred to
the new phone) and it wiped all of my contact info off of my phone. I was
livid to say the least. I came to these forums to find out why that is when I
discovered after reading that Outlook is needed. Well I will admit I was
annoyed beyond belief, because that would mean I would have to purchase
outlook for this computer because on my older computer I had office 2003. I
was given when Office 2007 first came out a illegitimate copy Office 2007
Enterprise which I didn't use, I decided since it had Outlook on it I would
install it just OUTLOOK. I did and I had no problems. That was in 2008. Fast
forward to about October of 2009 I started receiving this message that
Outlook was not a Geniune copy and that I had x number of days to fix the
problem. Well the time expired and I finally decided I would spend the money
and purchase a copy of Office that included Outlook. I thought the price for
Outlook by itself was just crazy. Anyway, I have installed it on the computer
and I am still getting that message. Then I realized I should uninstall the
Home and Student and the Enterprise versions I have. I did that and I still
am receiving the message. Then I uninstalled all versions and reinstalled the
new Office Pro Plus I bought and I still am receiving the message. What I
have discovered is that all the attempts to unistall these programs is not
working. Because after uninstalling and then reinistalling upon opening
Outlook I find that all of the my previous contacts, emails, appointments and
tasks are still there. I even used the MS Fix it utlitiy to remove Office off
the computer and all that did was freeze my computer. I had to do a repair
after using that utility. Correct me if I am wrong but when you uninstall
something you shouldn't be able see all that was in that program after
reinstalling right? My contacts, appointments, tasks and emails are still
right there as if I didn't do anything right along with that annoying message
about the program not being Geniune. Did I removed the software in the wrong
order causing this issue?

I said all of that to ask this very important question. HOW DO I PERMANENTLY
(WITHOUT LEAVINIG A TRACE OF THE PROGRAM) UNINSTALL OFFICE 2007 OFF OF MY
COMPUTER? MS Fix It and Add and Remove Programs didn't work. What will?
Please help.
