Is there a OneNote XPS Viewer?

I just installed OneNote2007. The Help Message says there is an XPS Viewer.
But when I go to the Downloads page, nothing comes up under any name
connected with OneNote.

Internet Explorer views XPS files. Can you point me to the text that says
OneNote includes an XPS viewer?
