That URL is unusable. Not all web servers (use their nameserver to)
default to "www" as the host name. The "www" MUST be included for the
URL to work, as in:
http://www.bladenonline.com
I saw no login fields. I skimmed very quickly through the long page and
saw nothing that stood out as a login requirement. So I have to wonder
what add-ons you installed into IE8. Perhaps one of them wants to login
to some service to which you subscribe. For example, if you use the
Google Toolbar to make available your bookmarks across multiple
instances of the web browser running on different hosts (i.e., you are
saving your bookmarks up on Google's servers) then that toolbar has to
log into your Google account to get at those stored items.
Have you yet tried running IE8 in its no add-ons mode?
.... oops ...
Just read your other reply. Apparently "someone" (or some program) has
changed your configuration of IE8 to enable the Content Advisor. Is
this YOUR host? That is, do you own it and are you the administrator of
it? If so, perhaps you should reconsider letting other users login
using an admin-level Windows account. Make them log under their own
Windows account instead of sharing your account. Make their account a
limited/restricted account so they cannot go screwing up app configs for
the other Windows accounts.
