I continually get the "Diagnose Connection Problems" box even though I have a
good solid connection. It happens too often to be a server problem. Any
suggestions on how to solve?

Could be a dead or incorrect link. Over time URLs do change or get
dropped.

Always state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; WinXP 64-bit SP2;
Vista SP1; Vista 64-bit SP2; Win7; Win7 64-bit) as well as your IE version
