I have Office Professional. I'm a new user who wants to use Word to create my
template forms and reuse them. I'm trying to find out if there is any
combination of Office tools that I can integrade with Word that would permit
me to add data to one field on the form while the same data is being added to
other fields on the same form. I don't want to cut and paste and I also want
to reuse my template form. Is there any office tool or combination of tools
that I can integrade with Word to fulfill my tasks?

Yes, but it's hard to be specific without understanding more about your
situation. It will also be difficult to teach you Office programming on a
peer support forum such as this.

Office is a powerful automation and integration tool. Word, Excel and Access
all have robust capabilities for forms and data.

I'd suggest that you get a book or take a class in automating solution using
Office, or Office programming.

What version of Office Pro do you have?
