I have Office Professional. I'm a new user who wants to use Word to create my template forms and reuse them. I'm trying to find out if there is any combination of Office tools that I can integrade with Word that would permit me to add data to one field on the form while the same data is being added to other fields on the same form. I don't want to cut and paste and I also want to reuse my template form. Is there any office tool or combination of tools that I can integrade with Word to fulfill my tasks?
