Incorrect "Last Visited" dates

Everytime I right-click on a page in the History bar and select
Properties, the Last Visited date is incorrect (apparently it shows me
the current date and time, instead of the date and time of when I
visited the page).

Is there a way to fix this? I'm using IE8 on Vista Business SP2
(although this Vista originally came with IE7).

Well, that's unfortunate.

Is there any way to get the actual last visited date and time? I could
use that information.
