IIS and windows 7

I want to set up a FTP server for a short time, so I opened the control
panel, chose programs and features, selected Turn Windows features on or
off, and chose the FTP Server under IIS. So far so good.

I then ran as an administrator cmd.exe to run mmc.exe to add the IIS modual.
I am not able to find the IIS modual to manager the FTP server.

What did I miss or where is the modual? It is not listed as an add in to
mmc.exe

BTW, I have Windows 7 Ultimate.

I found it, nevermind.

Gee, one would think that if you're gonna install anything IIS, the
management console portion would be installed as well. What's going on, is
Steve Jobs now dictating how M/S things are now done? "I'll tell you when
you need the console and when you don't need the console!!!"
