IE8 - move History folder?

Hi,

Is there any way to relocate or move the History folder from the usual
CDocuments and Settings\USER\Local Settings\History to another folder or
drive and keep its basic function as well? System is WinXP.

Just as part of the usual user profile (which can be roamed, for example.)
