ie8 default search provider

when i downloar ie8 it makes bing my default search provider and will not let
me change it. how can i do that?

Did you happen install the 'MSN Optimized' version of IE8?

Is MSN/Bing or Windows Live Toolbar installed?

Are you an MSN Premium subscriber with a dial-up connect?
