IE8: CTRL - F missing

Hi!

I lost my find balk on my IE8. It will come normally after pressing CTRL + F
key combonation. Now it comes too, but the balk is blank: no text, no
buttons, no place to type text. It is blank IE8 background colour.

I have uninstalled IE8 and reinstalled it back. I have deleted IE cache,
User and Windows Temp folders.

I can't find error or correct it. My Windows is WinXP Pro SP3.
