Stop using HotMail.

The Vacation Message should be driven my the mail service, not the browser.
I have never used a vacation message in my web-based e-mail accounts, so
perhaps I don't know what I'm talking about. But when I did use a Vacation
Announcement, it came from the e-mail client, not the browser.
