I noticed that Musicmatch Jukebox on my Pc stopped working recently and I
thought someone in the house has been the cause. I uninstalled, reinstalled
..... still it didn't work. THEN I read online that IE 7 update / conflict
was the reason. I liked the 'top section ' of IE6 and didn't want "the look
of Ie8" so never upgraded to IE8. I went back to IE6 and MMJB works once
again.

Since MMJB is the most popular app on my PC, I needed a workaround. I did
find how to get around new version of IE , (save the dll's and create a new
mmjb manifest file) but wondering - does anyone know of a list of potential
program related issues due to upgrading of Internet Explorer ? I'd like to
be proactive and not have to go thru this for each potential problem for
other apps. ( Or maybe I'll go to Firefox, Chrome fulltime)

I don't have any issues with IE 8; not on Windows 7 and not on Windows
XP. I didn't have any issues with IE 7 on Windows XP, either.
