IE 8 Keeps crashing

Often I've just closed a tab - doesn't seem to be a specific website and it
does it's pop up saying that it needs to close. It's a pita - been happening
for just over a week or 2? I'm running Win 7 Pro. This is the error message
from the pop-up.
