You may be from "NASA research team". but your question asking leaves
much to be desired. What actual plugin are you having problems with ?
WASAPI is an audio API for media foundation, so it's not clear which
angle you're coming from.... for example if this page is meaningless

then you're probably asking about some magic term which won't help you
