How To "pin" Apps To Open On A Specific Display of a Dual-Display

Hello to all - Question is what Windows registry entries or Windows INI files
does Windows XP Professional use to record both the <Display Used> and the
<Window Mode> when an app is closed?

Whenever I close an app on a dual-display pc, the app when re-opened will
open on the same display and in the same mode (full screen or window) as it
was in when it was closed. Obviously Windows is "remembering" this state
information and storing it somewhere.

I want to hard-code Display and Mode data for my apps so they are in effect
“pinned†to a specific display within a dual-display desktop environment.
Else, I’ll need to evaluate a third party app like UltraMon that will do this.

Thanks for all replies.
