How to copy docs to onenote from excell and word

I am having trouble copying word and excel documents to onenote. Can anyone
help?

What kind of trouble do you have ?

The easiest way is per drag & drop.
Then you can choose between 3 alternatives:

Insert the file as

- hyperlink
- as copy
- as printout
