    I use Windows button + S key to make a screen capture off the internet. This
    creates an unfiled note with the name "screen clipping". Is there a way to
    rename this note before moving to a notebook? I can only cut and paste to
    accomplish this.

    Format -> Show Page Title
    Enter the new title.

    Click in the box where it says screen clipping and just edit it.
