how do I type a list

I want to type out a list of questions to ask my doc and print it out so I
can take it to my appointment. How do I do this

If you REALLY have NO idea how to type a document then I suggest you write
the questions down with a pen and ink and then buy Word for Dummies or some
such book for complete beginners.

Just open Word or WordPad or NotePad and write down your questions. Print
it.
