How do I stop the "eula" accept/decline screen from showing

I have already activated office but I keep getting the message when I start
using the program!

Log on as an Administrator, accept the EULA and log-off.
See if that helps.

Do as Gordon posted but if you are running Windows 7 the you need to do the
following

Open Windows 7 in Safe Mode, launch Word,
accept the EULA, then shut down and restart
