Assuming the outlook mail account has been configured as pop mail you would
have to move mail in your web access to the primary web mail folder, then
sort it appropriately once it has been downloaded to Outlook

You cannot download sent mail from your ISP or email provider.
When you send an email using Outlook, a copy of that sent message is
saved to your local 'Sent' folder, unless you've configured Outlook not
to save a copy.
Check the settings for sent messages in your email client's options.
