Discussion in 'Microsoft Office' started by Can't get sent emails into outlook, Jan 24, 2010.

  1. can someone tell me how i can "grab" my "sent" emails from my host (comcast)
smartzone mail into my newly installed outlook 2003? I got incoming mail OK,
I got spam OK, but not sent.

Assuming the outlook mail account has been configured as pop mail you would
have to move mail in your web access to the primary web mail folder, then
sort it appropriately once it has been downloaded to Outlook

You cannot download sent mail from your ISP or email provider.
When you send an email using Outlook, a copy of that sent message is
saved to your local 'Sent' folder, unless you've configured Outlook not
    to save a copy.
Check the settings for sent messages in your email client's options.
