How 2 Hyperlink A Local Location

    Seems 2 b quite a basic question but can't seem 2 figure it out.
    How to write a hyperlink/address for:

    "C:/Documents and Settings\<<USER_ID>>\Application Data\Microsoft\AddIns"

    Where <<USER_ID>> could be USER NAME of the person using the same so as to
    be used by anyone I email an AddIn?

    What about a shortcut with Target =

    %APPDATA%\Microsoft\AddIns
