No problem with Pchealth.inf file
all files which were needed were found.

These three files were not loaded in the
taskmgr
Helpsvc.exe
Helphost.exe
Helpctr.exe

Helpfix.bat
Line 3. did not run smoothly
there is no mesage

After that the Index Tab is still blank.
My os has MSOffice 2003 software
installed on it. Does it matter?

Any more help?

Do you, or did you ever run registry cleaners on the machine?

Try Kelly's method here http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/top10faqs.htm
