free partition resizer?

    Bear in mind that if you resize partitions (whether with a free
    program or one you pay for) you are taking a big step, and the step is
    not risk-free. Be sure you have a current external backup of
    everything you can't afford to lose before beginning.

    Partition Wizard works very well on Win 7/64.
    I have used a few times and find it to be the simplest I've ever used.

    I use this free partition tool, it works well on my win 7. its version 5.0.1 has released, add partition recovery feature which can recover lost files.
