My youngest daughter is very philosophical. When she gets rolling then you find out all different ways to look at life. Here is a note I sent to her four years ago:
I was reading a book written in 1938. The book begins "mankind likes
to think in terms of extreme opposites." Our long night to early
morning conversation came to mind immediately. The book continues to
reflect on the philosophy that many opposition movements push to the
opposite extreme, embracing an Either/Or dogma....
