I want to know if there is any command that I can use to force a
resolution/video mode everytime the computer restart.

something similiar as FORCE TV option on ATI or Nvidia Video cards.

I have an application that run on multiple screens, but sometimes the
computer restart and the screen is not ready, so when the screen is ready, I
need to enter manually and set up the desire resolution and screen mode.

It would seem to me that there is something fundementally wrong with your
current dual monitor setup, if its not available on restart. I've used
mutimonitor setups with Matrox, Nvidea and ATI for years and never
experienced such a problem

Are you using the software that was designed for your vidoe card? The
most recent version. I assume that is necessary.
