Font Size Changes when Hitting <Enter> Key

I have been scratching my head about this one for some time. I've looked all
over the place and cannot find a solution.

I have my default font as Calibri 11. I type, copy/paste from web pages,
etc. Nothing special. When I hit <Enter>, the font size stays the same,
Calibri 11.

Then, and I'm not sure how it starts, but then I hit <Enter> and the font
size changes to Calibri 9. When it starts, it keeps happening for all editing
in that section of text. If there are two paragraphs of text in a bulleted
list, one can have the issue and the other can be fine. It doesn't matter
that I manually change the font size back to 11, change it at the end of the
previous line, at the next line, highlight the entire note container and
change everything to 11. The text that has this unintentional "property"
stays, and the unaffected text stays fine. But the unaffected text may
eventually switch over, it depends on the cause and once I edit the
unaffected text and "introduce the cause", it becomes a permanent property of
the text.

It does not happen during simple typing and list creation. I think it is
related to copy/paste of web page information since the link added at the
bottom is Calibri 9. Turning that feature off is not desirable though, and
I'm not certain that is causing the problem to surface anyway since doing a
copy/paste and editing the resulting text doesn't always make the problem
surface.

This happens on both OneNote 2007 and OneNote 2010, and happens often.

Thanks in advance for any help and I apologize if there is a solution out
there that I could not find.

I've noticed this too...

As a temporary workaround, I create a second outline below the first. This
will use the font I expect (set in tools \ options). After I'm done, I
SHIFT+drag the second outline to merge it back with the first.
