Folder Icon missing

The icons on the left of the Task Bar, use to be called Quick Launch in
past versions of windows.

There use to be an icon named folders. It opened a window with Library, my
Computer and Network. It disappeared. How can I put it back on the task
Bar(left side), where start button is?

Running Windows 7 64 bit, Home Premium Version.

Thanks

Doug

Hey Doug.

Start/Program Files/Accessories. Look for Windows Explorer. Highlight and
drag it to the Quick Launch bar. When you release it select Create Shortcut
Here.

Or, another way:
Start/Program Files/Accessories. Look for Windows Explorer. Right
click on it and select Pin to Task Bar.

You can change the order in the task bar by dragging the icon to where
you want it.
