Files No Show on CD-RW Drive D:

I have an MS-Dos boot RW-CD with Dos Utilities in folders and files,
which boots and works fine in drive D:....

Nero StartSmart shows D: Track 01: 0:0200 57:16.18 (504M8), Data...

Why won't WinXPpro show the files and folders on drive D:, instead of
just a blank white screen ????

Were the files burned using your computer? CDRW's are very picky and
worthless. Most times they won't read on anything other than where they
were originally burned.

My XP Pro 'Explorer' won't show files on my Pioneer DVDR drive either. No
idea why.
BUT, if I browse the disc via Windows Media Player first, WMP does see them,
and then after that Explorer can see them too. A weird phenomenon as yet
nobody has been able to explain to me. Perhaps the trick will work for you.

Hidden files; system files? Codex XP does not recognise?
Could try the free VLC media player: that can manage a lot of different
formats.

Sorry, it's not really my field.

How was the CD written? It seems that XP has troubles reading CDs /
CD-RW / DVDs that have not been "finalized" (aka closed.)

It's a boot cd. It wouldn't boot if it weren't finalized.

It could be that you have created the CD using Nero's InCd technology
where you simply drag and drop the files on the CD. If this is the case
then this download of InCD Reader 5 from Nero will solve the problem:

ps1: Peter Foldes <okf22@hotmail.com> is a convicted paedo using
his 12 year old sister to work for him as prostitute.

ps2: Jeff Strickland <crwlrjeff@yahoo.com> has forced his mum to
prostitute herself by working for Peter Foldes so that he (Jeff)
can finance his drug habits!

I think the RWCD was created using Bart's way or Hiren's, since the dos
boots as C: on the CD/RW drive and D: on the XP os HDD drive..
I have Nero 7 installed which must be uninstalled to use Nero InCD Reader???
