I am using Windows XP with IE7. I had lot of favorite entries and was working
fine.

For some reason now, it is has stopped working. If I click, nothing happens.
I do not see URL path as well.

Could some help to fix this issue.

Try the fix for IE7 at
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/webdoctab.htm

If that doesn't resolve the problem, use the file association fix for
URL-Internet Shortcut at http://www.dougknox.com/xp/file_assoc.htm

Verify that Internet Explorer is the default browser.
Control panel> Add/remove programs> Set Program Access and Defaults, choose
Custom. Make sure IE is selected as the default browser.
