Duplicate file finder for files greater than 2GB?

I've been using a certain dupe checker for a while now. It's worked well
until now, but now I'm finding that it has a limitation of being able to
check only upto 2GB file sizes.

Preferably freeware, but if it's really good then I'd consider
shareware. Searching on Google is fruitless here.

This one may work. Try the free trial and see. I have never used it, but one
of the guys at work did and he liked it. I'd ask him about file size, but
he's out of the country for a while.

Great, thanks, it was able to compare a couple of 3GB files with each
other. Any other choices available? Though it does what you said, I'm
not crazy about the interface, a little too busy.
