Dual monitor color calibration in Windows 7

The color management app in the control panel allows one to associate
different icm profiles to two different monitors.

Will Photoshop pick up these windows generated associations?

I own Spyder 3 elite from DataColor and they have told me that one
needs either a dual LUT graphics card or two graphics cards to have
proper dual monitor calibration even in Win 7.

What is the truth?

Thanks,

You can probably find a forum, where Photoshop users will have
solved this already. DPreview is a camera forum.
