drop outs

Running IE7 and get random drop-outs necessitating rebooting to reconnect
despite network manager telling me I'm connected all along.
Often takes 3 or 4 attempts to get a page to arrive until eventually lose
contact altogether.
Any Suggestions please?

It's important to find out if the problem is with IE7 or with your
network connection (or firewall)

Try an alternative browser to help narrow down the problem

Google Chrome or Firefox are two decent alternatives.
