Download progress

When you d/l a file from a website in Vista and you minimise it, the
download %tage progress is constantly shown in the taskbar.

With Win7 you can't see the progress until you place the cursor over
the stacked icons. It's annoying to have to constantly check the
progress of a large file on a slow connection.

Is there a way to get it to work like Vista?

Don't 'stack' the icons. Right click t/be - properties - never combine!

The Ie. Icon will gradually turn green as the % increases

Thanks HT and Trev. I should have looked a bit harder at the taskbar
properties.

Cheers

There's a "highlighting of the IE icon - a green infill that creeps
across the icon....
