You cannot install IE7 nor can you downgrade IE8 to IE7 in Win7.

You can, however, spoof IE7 User Agent strings to make a wepage or web-based
application (but not an installed application) "think" you're running IE7.

That being said, you should be able to access your mail via OWA in
Win7...but not in IE8 64-bit, only IE9 32-bit (assuming you've got a Win7
64-bit computer).
