Domain User can't login unless it has local Administrators right

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a laptop, after join a domain.

-Domain Admin can login, local admin or user can login.
-But any domain user can't login. After type user name and password, it
prompt a RED CROSS without error message.
-Unless i add the domain user to local "administrators" group, then it can
login, but i don't want the user to be local administrators
-I have tried to disjoin and join domain again, same problem.
-I have tried to disjoin and change computer and join domain again, same
problem.
-I have checked the gpedit ->Computer Config->Windows Settings->Security
Settings
->Local Policies -> User Rights Assignment ->Deny logon locally:
ASPNET,guest, support_388945a0
-I have checked the gpedit ->Computer Config->Windows Settings->Security
Settings
->Local Policies -> User Rights Assignment ->Log on locally:
Administrators,Backup Operatros,Guest,Power Users, Users

Please help
