Does the Basic subscription allow for comments to be synced?

I basically just need Wordpress to create a thread in XenForo for every blog post, and allow for the thread replies to show as wordpress comments, as well as letting visitors comment through wordpress. Does the basic subscription allow for this? Or do I need the annual license?
