Disabling smooth scrolling?

Hello.

I am not a smooth scrolling fan. How do I disable it in 64-bit Windows 7
(W7) HP? I cannot find an option. I recalled doing it with TweakUI for
Windows 9x and XP, but one for W7 doesn't exist. :(

Thank you in advance. :)

If you mean in IE8, go to Tools, Options, Advanced, and look under the
Browsing section. Uncheck "Use smooth scrolling."

Search for the URL for Ultimate windows tweaker. This will enable you to do
what you want, in addition to a lot of similar shortcuts. It is a version of
Tweak UI
