I use WinXP Media Center and Desktop Wallpaper is JPEG Image (photo). The
default Icon Names are in white color and I want to change to black as they
do not show up. How do I change to Black. I have looked at Control Panel,
Appearances & Themes, Desktop, Appearances and believe it would be one of the
drop down lists...but I can't figure out which one. I had to replace Video
Display Card and my settings were deleted.

Text color is determined by the background you select. Dark background
gives white, light backgrounds get black.
