Deleting the contents of "Content.IE5"

I'm using Win 7. Is it alright to delete the contents in the folder,

"C:/Users\Glen\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Low\Content.IE5"?

There's a lot of stuff in there that looks like rubbish to me.

If you don't want to do it manually, this application called CCleaner
will do the job (and more) pretty well:
http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

It can be done from inside Internet Explorer as well. In IE8, you can
open "Internet Options" (Tools->Internet Options) and delete temporary
internet files, cookies and such.

Thanks. It does a very thorough job quickly, and probably a lot safer than doing it manually.
