Computer browser in Windows 7?

In earlier versions of Windows there was a utility called browstat.exe
available for download for determining computer browser problems. Is
this still available for Win 7 or has it been replaced by something else?

Specifically, I'd like to determine which computer on my network has
been elected master browser.

Okay, I guess there were no takers on this question. Anyways, I found
the solution on my own, so if others need to look for this solution in
the future, I'll just put the link for it here.

Thanks for posting the solution. I've never needed this information
myself, but who's to say I won't find a need for it next week?

It's used when you need to fix 8003 or 8004 error events in the system
log. Here's an example:

How to Fix Master Browser (MRxSmb) Event ID 8003 errors | HighTechDad Blog
http://www.hightechdad.com/2007/05/09/how-to-fix-master-browser-mrxsmb-event-id-8003-errors/

These problems occur on workgroup computers. I needed to find out if
there were any other computers were trying to become the master browser
in my network.
